Upon arrival at Srinagar, meet our representative who will guide you to board your vehicle for transfer to your hotel. After refreshing yourself, leave the hotel and take a walk around, and feel the surroundings of Dal Lake nearby. Visit Mughal Gardens Nishat Bagh “Abode of Pleasure on the shore of the Dal Lake”, Shalimar Bagh “Abode of Love built by Jahangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan”, Cheshma Shahi & Pari Mahal. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
After having breakfast, proceed towards Sonamarg also known as “the Meadows of Gold”, enroute pass through picturesque hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields and majestic mountains. You can opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier (on your own cost) to have some fun in Snow. In the evening drive back to Srinagar and enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed towards Gulmarg which is also known as ‘the meadow of flowers’, enroute through the small picturesque market of Tangmarg. The route is full of Pine trees, Deodars, Amaltas, and Kikkar trees. It is known for Ski –Resort and The world’s highest 18 –hole Golf course. You can also enjoy a Gondola Ride (on your own cost) and take a look at the Apharwat Peak which offers a panoramic view of Nanga Parbat and Harmukh Mountains. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel in Srinagar.
Post breakfast, check out form the hotel and head to Pahalgam which is also known as “the valley of Shepherds”, pass through mesmerizing saffron fields and Apple Valley. Enroute visit Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantivarman) See the beautiful countryside on the way and a lot of rice fields. Feed your heart, mind & cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.
After having breakfast, You can stroll along the horse trail to the nearby valleys Baisaran, Chandanwari and Aru Valley (at your own cost – only cars operated by locals are allowed) and witness the striking beauty of mountains. Enjoy walking around Aru Village. A walk along the Lidder stream towards Pahalgam from Aru Village is very highly recommended for Nature Lovers. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.
After having breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Later check in at Houseboat and proceed for Shikara Ride on Dal Lake; this ride is one of the most soothing, restful aspects of a holiday in Jammu and Kashmir. Visit to floating gardens (raadh) is yet another wonderful experience. A cluster of Lotus flowers amidst the lake is a heavenly sight. Dinner & overnight stay at a houseboat in Srinagar.
